Waa! Amazing... the editing and music was very well done. Those teenagers participating in this famine are very strong, it shows that not everyone needs to eat all the time, and that other people can't. Amazing, they portrayed a great image and showed the city of Calgary what happens in other countries.

Wow this video truly highlighted the difference between need and want, and how, I dont seem to do enough, and that, some just seem to just give up. Really inspiring video, and cleverly put together with some comic relief.

This video really opens your eyes.
It shows us that because we have so much, we take things for granted.
Thanks for the lesson! =D

We shouldn't complain about not having stuff that's in style or cool looking. Our society is too greedy. If the girl in the video did get the bigger IPod eventually she'll most likely want an even bigger one. It's just the way we are we automatically wish we had better things if we have extra money. Instead of spending that extra money on luxuries such as bigger IPods we should give most of it to the poor/sick/disabled and save some of it for ourselves just in case we absolutely need it.

Nice job blending the two opposite lifestyles into one smart video.  I will share it with  my own children who absolutely come from the land of haves, but we do try to teach them about giving to others and thinking about what purchases are important and how branded items are more for show rather than simplly a need

Teenage Affluenza! Can you help do something?

The first 30 Hour Famine took place in Calgary, Alberta, 36 years ago, when a group of youths refused to sit back and do nothing about the famine in Ethiopia.
