Blog #9 - Grade 13

So I've heard that in Quebec there is a Grade 13 after Grade 12. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about this? I myself am happy enough with just 12 years of school, but I wonder why there is a Grade 13?

I wonder if it's optional or not, or manditory? And what people learn in the thirteenth grade?
